Sounds like you're stressing out a bit....you do have alot on (exams, Destiny, dentist etc) it may just be all of it rolling into one....if you know what I mean.
Don't freak out too much about it (I've been feeling exactly the same recently - that's why my meds have been increased). You'll probably find you'll be back to your annoying self in a week or so...once your exams, Destiny is sorted out.....
