Lessons Learned: How I Dealt With An Art ThiefEvery day, many people on deviantArt find themselves dealing with art thieves off-site (outside deviantArt). There are many ways to approach this issue, but this article is about how I went about it. I'm only writing this in an attempt to be helpful to others going through the same thing, or give ideas to those going through it who don't know where to start or what to do. Becoming victim to an art ripper isn't a hopeless, helpless situation. Unknown Fantasy Art 1 - First FeatureUNKNOWN FANTASY ART 1
The purpose of this feature is raise awareness of some of the wonderful fantasy art that falls through the slats here on DA. It's inevitable - so many pieces are posted every day here that it is hard for everything to get noticed, and even the most deserving of pieces and deviants often get little to no attention whatsoever. Therefore, all the pieces featured here have less than 20 favourites upon posting; for me, getting 20 favourites is like that 'magic' number - I remember the first time one of my pieces hit 20 and how special it made me feel (and if I'm honest, I still get it even now!).
